A difficult day

It would have been so easy to reach for the cake and the wine today.

1 mini sausage roll
big bowl of jerusalem artichoke soup
2 slices of bread and butter, one half of one slice also had pate on it
1 small slice of malt loaf with butter on

bit of daughter's potato waffle
piece of cheddar

I think eating Maisie's dinner every night is not the way forward.

black bean burger with salad in a wholemeal roll
some cockles
some olives
1 and a half slices bread and butter
Pot roasted partridge with butter beans and chorizo served with Kale
3 glasses of wine
1 can of Stella

I shouldn't have drunk on a school night, but the dinner needed 2 glasses in so I finished the bottle.

Saturday

Went for a run first thing!
I hard boiled egg
smoked salmon salad with 1 and a half bread rolls
Chicken shaslick with popodum and chapati
6 cans of Stella

Anyone see a pattern here?

A Chinese Takeaway

Wednesday

Satsuma
French onion soup
1 slice of toast with butter
Small piece of cheese
1 babybel
1/4 piece of daughter's cheese on toast
crab and sweetcorn soup
half a portion of chicken with cashew nuts

So, not great, but a healthy choice at the Chinese and I didn't stuff my face.
