Day 1 of uber healthy girl

Not a bad start
Porridge with soy milk, dried figs, sunflower seeds and maple syrup
2 satsumas
2 apples
Large mixed salad
Soy chai latte
Lots of water
Pasta with spinach, cannelini beans and red onions
1 roasted plum with honey, cinnamon and 2 squares G&B

Exercise was just 1.5 miles walking.

The aims for next week are:
Walk to and from work every single day
Don't eat any dairy products
No booze

A healthy weekend lies ahead. Lots of walking the dog and cooking nice, but healthy, food.

I need to return to the fold

Right, well although I never lost any weight while writing this blog, it was good at stopping me stuffing my face every five minutes as I am doing at the moment.

This time last year, I weighed a mere 11 stone 4 lb (not bad for a 6 footer). Today I weight 12 stone and 2 lbs. That is bloody disgusting.

And after the shock of the scales this morning, what did I go and have for lunch? A cheese, leek and mayo baguette and some crisps. What the bloomin 'eck has happened to me?

Anyway, starting right now, I am taking action.

The blog is back. I WILL be thin and I might even be beautiful.

Bring on the carrot sticks.
