Big tub of miso and vegetable soup
Small mug of packet miso soup
small piece of cheese
Beef burritos (but home made with not much fat in them and not much cheese) with red peppers and a big green salad
A good day - no snacks and no sugar.

I think I need to join you soon - will be computerless for a while, but when I'm back on line I'll be back too.
Looking back, I can't believe a) how bloody amazingly healthy we were and b) how I was a bit partial to a glass of vino while pregnant - tsk!
You seem to be doing really well - we just need to get back to Trevor's aerobics class.
