New job, new start

As I have a new job and will have a lot more time on my hands, I should be able to fit in a lot more exercise than I have done recently.

I'd really like to shift this bloomin' half a stone that's been hanging around for goodness knows how long too.

I've made a start this week - the hot weather really helps with the laying off bad food thing.

Thursday
2 weetabix with a chopped banana and soy milk
Apple
Cranks 'Veg Out' wrap
Pack of Square crisps (they are quite low fat)
Pack of rice cracker things in the cinema (the lowest fat treat I could find)
Pasta with pesto, mushrooms, roasted peppers, olives and a teeny bit of parmesan
Lots of tea, lots of water

Didn't manage any exercise. Bah!

Today I am going to walk into town and back to get my hair cut (3 miles) and also take the dog on a really long walk somewhere lovely.

Back on track

OK, I'm back from my hols, where I didn't over-eat at all so didn't pile on any pounds (hurrah!).

It's too hot to eat at the moment, but it's also a bit too hot to exercise. Might have to get down the swimming pool for a dip.

Still want to loose 9lbs, so will be posting everything that passes my lips from today onwards.
