Wednesday

2 toast with marmite
Apple
Banana
Grapes
Tuna and bean salad
1 toast and peanut butter

Went out for a meal and chose healthy options:
Avocado with prawns
Grilled fish, jacket potato
Glass of wine (apart from the wine, of course)

Lots of water and green tea
