10 weeks to go...

So need to get the nutrition sorted so I'm all well and healthy for the birth. Have started eating fish (eeek!), but this is a temporary measure to help Mini-Meep's brain development and will stop again after the birth!

Also, I'm feeling a bit dizzy and really don't want to be on the iron tablets, so must get Ovaltine down me every day.

Friday
2 crumpets and jam
Apple and rasp juice
Ovaltine with soy milk
Lots of dark choc
Pasta with home-made tomato sauce and cheese
Slice of HM passion cake
Glass of wine, glass of beer
Cauliflower cheese, roasted veggies, jacket potato
Cheesecake

Exercise: swimming, walking the dog

Saturday
1 croissant, 1 choc brioche
Glass of apple and raspberry juice
Ovaltine with soy milk
Baked beans and cheese on toast (with marmite)
Few bits of dark choc
Choc brownie
Glass of beer
Kettle chips and houmous
Fish pie with peas

Exercise: walking the dog

Sunday
2 choc brioche
Banana
Glass of apple and raspberry juice
Goats cheese and tomato tart
Baked fish with white wine, butter and mushrooms; peas, spring onion mash
Cherry cheesecake and ice cream
Cheese and tomato toastie
Glass of soy and apricot drink
Mug of Ovaltine with soy milk

Exercise: none (eek!)

New rules are as follows:
  • Iron-rich food every day (figs/ovaltine/spinach or brocolli)
  • Exercise every day
  • 1 sweet treat a day only
