Tuna and bean salad
1 toast and peanut butter

Went out for a meal and chose healthy options:
Avocado with prawns
Grilled fish, jacket potato
Glass of wine (apart from the wine, of course)

Lots of water and green tea

Exercise was walking the dog for half an hour

Granola and yoghurt
2 small slices toast with marmite
Jacket potato, beans, salad
Grapes
Brioche roll - naughty!
Veggie chilli, rice
Tiny drop of red wine
Roibos tea
Water

No exercise :-(
