What a disaster

Oh dear, the weekend was pretty bad...

Friday
2 toast with marmite
Lots of strawberries
Focaccia with asparagus and mozarella
A pear
Mango iced tea
Handful of green olives
Home-made pizza (lots of veggies, not much cheese)
Bottle and a half of Leffe

Exercise: 1/2 hour walking to station, 1 hour walking the dog

Saturday
1.5 English muffins with blueberry jam
Mezze (houmous, olives, marinated mushrooms and peppers, pitta bread, ricotta, cous cous)
Tub of ice cream
Picnic: houmous and carrot sticks, cous cous salad, greek salad, piece of syrup cake
1/2 bottle Weissbeer

Exercise was only a wander around the beach with the dog.

Sunday
2 weetabix with banana and soy milk
BBQ: 3 veggie sausage, cous cous, mixed salad, potato salad
2 glasses wine
Slice of cheesecake
Veggie burger in brown roll with potato wedges and peas
2 Welsh cakes

Exercise was one hour dog walking.

Oh dear - too much cake. Not much booze for a weekend, but should really be avoiding it altogether.

Strawberries and a scoop of 'Skinny Cow' ice cream (which is surprisingly nice)
Glass of wine

Didn't manage any exercise yesterday as had a mega-busy day and had the in-laws over for dinner. Did a really, really long walk this morning though.

Oh, and I got whistled at this morning - v good for the confidence ;-)

Two weeks to the bikini

Well, I haven't been blogging, but I have been quite good. Apart from this weekend, when it all went a bit wrong.

Just two weeks until bikini time, so the next two weeks have to be angelic! Saw a dreadful photo of myself taken yesterday and I look all flabby arms and spare tyres - yuk!

I'm doing a summary of last week/weekend, as I feel better when I write it all down. The bad stuff's in bold.

Monday
2 toast and jam
Lots of fruit
Leftover BBQ: tofu and sweet potato kebabs, 1 veggie sausage, lots of salad
Pasta with asparagus, pesto, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes
Exercise: one hour of jogging and walking

Tuesday
Banana, kiwi, soy smoothie
Slice of toast with blueb jam
Leftover BBQ: tofu and sweet potato kebabs, 1 veggie sausage, lots of salad
Lots of fruit
Home-made pizza (lots of veggies, not much cheese!)
Slice of honey cake
Glass of pink wine
Bottle of chocolate beer

Exercise: 1 hour dog walking

Wednesday
Banana and pomegranate soy smoothie
Pasta with pesto, cherry toms, asparagus and mushrooms
Lots of fruit
Home-made pizza with mixed salad
Exercise: 1 hour dog walking

Thursday
Cereal and soy milk
Houmous sandwich and square crisps
Apple, orange, 2 apricots
Picnic: houmous, 1 w'meal pitta, 1 vine leaf, butternut parcels, felafel, slice of apricot swiss roll, blueb and cherry smoothie
Exercise: 1 hour walking the dog

Friday
Blueb and cherry smoothie, banana
Lettuce, tomato, 2 vine leaves, 2 felafel, houmous
Orange, apple, peach, apricot
Jacket potato with beans and a bit of cheese
Slice of apricot swiss roll
Exercise: 2 hours walking the dog

Saturday
1 toast and blueberry jam
BBQ: 2 tofu sausages, veggie kebab, cous cous, potato salad, coleslaw
Cornetto
Slice of apricot Swiss Roll

Chinese: sweet and sour tofu and egg fried rice
Exercise: 60 minutes of jogging/walking

Sunday
2 toast and blueberry jam
Picnic food: houmous, carrot sticks, Spanish tortilla, mozarella and tomato salad, fruit salad, glass of wine
2 small bottles Leffe, 1/4 Green and Blacks Easter Egg (yes, that was my supper!)
Exercise: 2 hours gardening; 1.5 hours walking on the beach
