So far so good

Porridge with nuts, seeds, dried fruit, soya milk
Satsuma
Tuna and canellini bean salad
Apple
Broccoli booster veg casserole with brown rice
1 chocolate
Small piece of Polish sausage

So on track apart from the sausage.

Drank all the water and went to the gym for an hour.

Not sure about how well I'll do today. Seem to be starving all the time already.
