How bad will it be?
I am going to Weigh this lunchtime. And I bet it's bad. I went to Poland for new year and the food (and drink) in Poland is very, very fattening. Fried potatoes, potato pancakes, apple cake, cherry vodka, SAUSAGES.
Eek.
I haven't worked out a plan yet. What's everyone else doing?

Well, I weighed. I am the same as before Christmas, but my trousers are a lot tighter, so I must be fatter. Bah.
Plan is:
No bread after 9am.
Only have wholemeal/brown bread, pasta and rice
Eat at least 8 pieces fruit and veg a day
Have a glass of fruit juice in the morning with breakfast
Very little saturated fat (red meat, butter, cheese)
No booze until Feb 1, after that no booze on week nights
Drink 2 litres water a day
Gym type exercise 3 times a week
Walking exercise (30 mins brisk walking) 7 times a week
1 piece chocolate a day for morale purposes
Eat fish twice a week
