Not great, not bad

I was appalled yesterday when my skirt blew up in a gust of wind, revealing my very wobbly pale legs to the world - ming! I hate my legs so much. My knees - no matter how much exercise I do - are flabby and wobbly and just yuk. Bleurgh.

4 apricots
2 granary toast and peanut butter
Bruschetta
Pasta pesto
Tomato and chard pie
Broccoli
Last bit of carrot cake
Green tea
White tea
Lots of water

But I did 50 minutes walking and 30 minutes swimming.
