Oooh I am worthy

I am bright and perky and probably very irritating this morning. I have already been for a 45 minute run up the river where I saw lots of cormorants fishing. And I've already done 9000 steps and it's not even 9am!

I did 15000 steps yesterday.

Porridge with nuts, seeds, yoghurt, dried fruit and soya milk
Green tea x4
Apple
Pear
Tomato and feta tart with green salad
Banana
Piece of toast with butter
Broad bean and green bean soup with sundried tomatoes and olives
Piece of bread and butter
Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

Lots of fruit and veg. So why am I all spotty?
