Porridge with blubes, seeds and soya milk
3x Green tea
3x plums
Courgette, pepper and manchego tart
Ratatouille
Banana
Bread and hummous
Half a fried halloumi cheese starter
Half a calamari starter
Kleftiko (some chips and some rice, but not much)
2x kir royales
Half a carafe of house red
2x pints of Stella
I have a little bit of a head on me this morning. But it was a birthday. And WHY do we always choose the most fattening starters on the menu?
I only managed 12600 steps as well. And I didn't bring my gym kit in today as I knew I would be too yargled to go. So, will have to do lots of jumping up and down in the toilets to get my steps up.

It was a birthday, so calories don't count! And the rest of your day was super healthy anyway.
