A bit nibbly

So much for being full of energy. I went to the gym yesterday lunch time and I managed to do 17200 steps. And when I got home I didn't sit down until 9pm. I made dinner, washed up, made a carrot cake and then made a courgette and red pepper tart for today's lunch. I was so knackered by all of that I fell asleep on the sofa in front of Bad Girls. At work however, when I was feeling more energetic and got caught by a temp dancing in the toilets. I also got caught skipping along the corridor by the psychology man who lives opposite. Oh well.

Strawb smoothie
Nuts and dried fruit
Green tea x3
Plums x3
Apple
Marrow casserole and baked potato
2x pumpkin and emmenthal crackers with low fat cream cheese
Packet of count on us pretzels
Stir fried tofu and veggies (mushrooms, kale, carrots, green beans) with noodles
V small piece of courgette and red pepper tart (made for today's lunch. Oops)

So not bad in terms of nutrition, but too much snacking whilst waiting for dinner to cook.
