Not too disastrous
Well, for once, the weekend wasn't entirely disastrous. Not much alcohol and not too bad on the food (apart from cake and ice cream!). Managed to fit in some exercise too - swimming, lots of walking and a gardening session.
Friday
Two toast with spinach and almond pate
White tea
Halloumi and sweet potato casserole
Yoghurt with figs and seeds
Orange
About 3 litres of water
Then I went out for a meal and had LOTS of food!
Stuffed tomato
Half a bruschetta with spinach and parmesan
Pasta with aubergine tomato and mozzarella
Few spoons of Italian cheesecake
3 glasses red wine
Saturday
Toast and blueberry fruit spread
2 stuffed vine leaves, houmous, one w'meal pitta, salad (lettuce, tomato, avocado, feta, olives)
Beans and cheese on toast
Yoghurt with seeds and figs
Lots of water and green tea
Sunday
Banana and berry smoothie
Toast and marmite
Baked spring greens with cous cous stuffing
1.5 w'meal pitta
Little tub of ice cream at cinema
Spaghetti bolognaise
Carrot cake
Lots of water and green tea
Aims for this week:
No alcohol until the weekend
No coffee
At least 3 litres of water every day
Eight portions fruit and veg every day
Walk to work and back daily
Swim three times
