Morning Everyone

I went to the gym last night and I worked so hard I was actually dripping sweat on the floor. There, I bet you really wanted to know that first thing in the morning.

I managed an hour and 10 minutes in the gym, 16600 steps and not bad food. Apart from the pastry.

Strawb smoothie
Piece of sunflower bread and butter (yummy bread delivered from organic veg place)
Pear
Green tea x3
Left over chicken and veg risotto with avocado
Apple
Banana
Piece sunflower toast and butter
Tomato and feta tart with green beans and broccoli

Lots of fruit and veg in there.

    Dead easy. Roll out some ready made puff pastry to cover a 12 inch circle. Put this on a baking sheet or loose bottom or a tart tin. Prick all over apart from 1 inch round the edge. Cover the middle pricked bit with tomato puree. Baste lots of cherry tomatoes in olive oil. Shove them on top of the puree. Add some chopped garlic and onion wedges. Crumble feta cheese on top. Salt and pepper. Brush the edge with beaten egg. Shove in a very hot oven for 20-25 mins. Enjoy. Not really very worthy though!
