Not bad, but too much Polish sausage. I'll be glad when it's gone.
2 pieces wholemeal toast with peanut butter and blueberry jam
Glass blackcurrant and apple juice (from M&S - lush, but expensive)
Satsuma
Rest of the super healthy salad
Apple

Salmon, new potatoes, spinach and carrots
1 chocolate
3 pieces Polish sausage (oops)
I think I need more veg. Will try a can of V8 I think.
Now comes the real test, THE WEEKEND!
