Lots of Veggies and Fruit

2 seeded toast with jam
Glass of orange juice
Tofu and sweet potato curry
2 satsumas
Stuffed pepper with sweet potato wedges
Glass of red wine (medicinal - for January blues)
2 squares of Green and Blacks dark choc (see above)

My new theory is that I'm going to be superhealthy all day, then have one teeny treat every night. (OK, last night, I had two teeny treats!)

Exercise was 45 minutes swimming, plus 30 minutes brisk walking.
