So it wasn't good at all. I'll try and remember what I ate in total. I will bold all the bad stuff to shock myself into diet action!
Friday

A few bits of chocolate

Two glasses red wine
Kettle chips and dips
Chestnut and pastry thingy, baked potato, ratatouille, broccoli
Mince-pie tart thingy with cream (!!!!)
Saturday
2 toast and marmite
Orange juice
Banana
Satsuma
Jacket potato with beans and cheese
Mince-pie tart thingy with cream (!!!!)
Gin and tonic
More kettle chips and dips
Lentil Shepherd's pie, roasted sweet potatoes, mixed salad
Glass of red
Glass of white
Sunday
2 toast and marmite
Glass of red wine
Big veggie stir fry, potato wedges
Mince-pie tart thingy with cream (!!!!)
Glass of white wine
Leek and potato soup
Granary roll
However, did a half-hour swim on Friday, a five-mile hike on Saturday and a 40-minute walk on Sunday, so not totally lazy.
Ho-hum. Must do better today!
