Weekends
Well, it wasn't all bad but I didn't manage the 'only one bad day' thing. It was a bad Friday evening and a bad Saturday, unfortunately. I'm going to bold all the bad things to shock myself into healthy mode!
Friday
Toast and blueberry all-fruit jam
Asparagus soup and toast
Packet of crisps
3.5 pints
Glass of wine
Leftover rice and peas
Saturday
Toast and peanut butter
Brie and spinach tart with salad and chips
Bad buffet food (involving lots of greasy indian snacks)
One pint, three small glasses of wine
Sunday
Tomatoes, beans, toast, scrambled egg, two hash browns
Huge mixed salad with brown bread
Pasta with pesto and roasted veg
Jaffa cakes
Still, managed to pull off my goals for last week:
* Walk to station and back daily
Did eight times out of eight!
*Exercise four times
Three swimming sessions and a big long walk
*Make healthy choices when eating out
Yes, apart from Saturday!
This week's goals:
*Daily walking
*Exercise four times
*Make healthy choices
*Cut down on alcohol

I think that's a really good weekend. You won't have put on any weight cos of it.
