Weekends, eh?

I couldn't really tell you what I ate this weekend, apart from pizza, bread, cake, more bread, cheese and all other really bad things.

However, my goals this week are to go to the gym 3 times, to have good food every day, to eat more than 5 pieces of fruit and veg every day and to drink lots of water.
