Not too bad considering...
Went round to a neighbour's house for dinner last night, so it wasn't all good, but I was quite controlled.
2 granary toast and jam
Jacket potato with feta, bean and tomato salad
Yoghurt with sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Vegetable tart with salad and one slice of garlic bread (v controlled!)
Apple and raspberry crumble (no ice cream!)
3 glasses wine
Also, did half an hour swimming and the usual walking. I think my legs are starting to look toned - yay! Still have a touch of the corned beef about them though (it's my ginger gene).
