Feeling down about it all
I'm really pissed of with myself. Had a fantastic week, then did the usual scoff-fest on the weekend and undid all the good work. Grrrrr. Why can't I control myself for those extra two days?
Still, managed to stick to most of my goals during the week.
*Walk to the station and back daily
Did it 9 times out of 10. The day I didn't do it, it was late and I was hungry and at the wrong side of town, so I got the bus.
*Do exercise at least three times
Yes, three lots of swimming.
*Bring lunch to work every day
Yes! Despite not going shopping, managed to find vaguely healthy things to bring in
*Stick to Weight Watchers plan for one week
Er....
This week might be tricky. Going to friends houses for meals Tuesday and Wednesday, have a wedding on Saturday, and going to Brighton on Sunday.
This week's goals:
* Walk to station and back daily
*Exercise four times
*Make healthy choices when eating out
