Emergency list
Looking back at my recent blogs, I haven't been eating very well at all, so here is my emergency plan.
*Eat at least 8 portions of fruit or veg each day
*Drink at least 2 litres of water daily
*Only drink tea, no coffee
*Only eat 'processed' food (ie Quorn) once a week
Phew, I feel better already!

Whaddya mean you're not eating well? You hardly need to go on You Are What You Eat. You eat lots of fruit and veggies.

I don't think I have eaten any fruit for about five days! And I have had wine every single day for a whole week!
