I can't possibly post what I ate
As I was feeling miserable, horrid and hungover for most of the weekend, I ate and drank far too much. Being full of fear and self loathing made me hide in the kitchen and stuff.
I am going to weigh at lunchtime and I reckon I've put on about 5lb, making me heavier than when we started this blog.
This week I will:
walk 10000 steps every day (I've got a new pedometer!)
Go to the gym 3 times
Not drink until Friday
Eat a lot more fruit and veg
Eat comforting things that are healthy (soups etc)
