I didn't do too badly either:
2 brown toast with marmite
Orange juice
W'meal pitta with houmous, falafel, salad
Apple
Banana
2 veg fajitas, guacamole, salsa, refried beans
Exercise was just the usual 50 minutes walking.
In pursuit of lithe bodies, toned limbs, flat tums and glowing skin
