Not bad

Porridge with almonds, raisins, seeds, yog and soya milk
Ham an tomato roll
Apple
Banana
Tomato and basil soup with wholemeal roll
Banana and hazlenut smoothie

Could have done with more protein.

No exercise, apart from walking. Can't seem to find the motivation.
