Well, not bad apart from the chocolate
and the crackers.
I did 17100 steps and went to the gym. I have set myself of 100000 steps this week. And will up by 10000 a week from now on.
Foodwise, I wasn't so good. I just got really, really hungry yesterday.
Strawb and banana smoothie
Fruit salad
Green tea x3
Chickpea dhal and green salad
Smarties choc bar (v nice but SO bad)
3 x pumpkin seed and emmenthal crackers with mushroom pate on (oops)
Grilled chicken on stir fried noodles and veg
Small pot Rachel's organic bio yoghurt
Small Green and Blacks maya gold chocolate bar
I think it's a long long time since I had two chocolate bars in a day. Will try not to have any more this week.
Today I am going to do lots of steps and have a nice quinoa salad for lunch.
I bought a Gillian McKeith 'Love Bar' from the health food shop. M and I are going to try it at the weekend!

Sprouts, oats, raisins, malt, daikon (?) and other living foods. I bet it tastes rank.
