I too had monster dinner

and had to lie down on the floor gently moaning.

2 crumpets with butter
blubes and yoghurt
banana
ham and bean salad
wholemeal pitta bread
nectarine
yoghurt
pretzels
5 and a half pints of lager
1 popadum with chutneys
1 small mixed starter (bits of chicken, potato, mini onion bahjee)
Chicken and spinach curry
keema pilaw rice (never had that before and was yum, though probably over 1000 calories).
So, if I could do an ashamed emoticon here I would. Feeling very sheepish.

And only did 6400 steps.

Feeling a bit better emotionally though, so maybe will have a good day today.

    I must go to that curry house! In fact, I must go to any curry house. Haven't had a Ruby for ages.
