What is going on?
Yesterday, I weighed myself and I was 11st 2lb. Today, I am 11st 10lb. I have put on 8lbs in a day.
The weekend was not too bad. Went to a BBQ on Saturday night and managed to only have two sausages and lots of salad (although also has 1.5 bottles of wine, so maybe not so good).
Sunday started well. Banana on toast for breakfast, veg curry for lunch, but then it all went horribly wrong. Was v controlled at food festival as I just popped over there for an hour, but the rest of the day involved two cakes, beer and a Chinese takeaway.
Had a job interview this morning. Was very nervous and didn't eat breakfast, but my colleague has just bought me a 'Phew, it's over' flapjack - bad, bad, bad! I'll be angelic from now on though.
Aims for the week, same as last week:
*Walk to the station and back daily
Did it 7 times out of 10
*Do exercise at least three times
Did four lots :-)
*Bring lunch to work every day
Only forgot one day, but had a jp with veg curry in canteen, so not too bad
*No booze on school nights
Failed! But had friends round one night, so it was hard

I think you've got dodgy scales. Or need to do a VERY big poo.

I only bought that scales about three months ago, and it wasn't cheap either! My old one was better - it weighed everyone 10lbs lighter than they really are!
