Good stuff, but too much of it
I don't generally eat lots of rubbish, but I realised last night that my portions are way too big. Any tips about portion control, apart from sheer will power?
Yesterday wasn't too bad, but wasn't great either.
2 slices granary toast with all-fruit cherry jam
2 nectarines
Tofu and veg curry with rice
Bread roll
1 strawberry
2 cherries
Slice of pineapple
Cherry tomato and goats cheese tart
Jacket potato with teeny bit of butter
Peas
Plus a yoga class and 40 minutes walking.

We have huuuuuuuuuuge plates too. I went to a primary school yesterday and the headmaster was eating a turkey dinosaur, beans and one scoop of mash off a child's plate.
