Morning All

I had a lovely day off on Friday. I was supposed to be having a detox fasting day. It didn't quite work out like that. I did have food, but it was all wheat, dairy and meat free and was really nice. I had a quinoa and tofu salad for lunch and a black bean burger for tea. I also drank lots of fruit and vegetable juices. Nice one was carrot, broccoli and alfalfa juice.

So by the evening, I felt so worthy I drank some wine.

I went for a long run on Saturday morning in the rain up the river and I really enjoyed it. I'm not sure how far it was, but it took me an hour and is probably the longest run I've ever done. I did go VERY slowly though.

Saturday food was OK, apart from we went to the pub and had 3 pints of Stella.

Sunday. Ahem. Food Festival. Nice weather. Different bands playing. Lovely cold Muscadet. Cheese tastings. Venison sausages. Curried chickpea burger. Pastry nut thing (yum). Oh well. Will weigh today. Think I will have lost a big fat zero. Grr.
