My pathetic life
By the time I braved my way through the storm last night to go and see the podiatrist I had calmed down somewhat. Stupid, misogynist old queens at work will not make me get angry again.
So I didn't get drunk. However, the podiatrist said it was a miracle I can walk at all. I am double jointed in my knees and elbows and I never knew (if I had of known I might have put them to some good use!). This has put immense pressure on my knees over the years and has caused my hamstrings and calf muscles to shorten. This has caused me to be knock-kneed and made me walk on me instep, which is causing more knee pain and hip pain. This viscious circle has been going on for 20 years and I have to learn to walk again with orthotics in my shoes. And do lots and lots of stretching.
Anyway. Not bad apart from emergency toast and butter.
Porridge with rasps, pecan nuts, sunflower seeds and soya milk
Green tea x4
Cherries
Ham and bean soup (small cup)
Turkey salad
Banana
Peach
2 pieces toast and butter
V V healthy black rice salad with chick peas, sprouts and seeds
Yoghurt
Small G&B organic chocolate bar
And now I'll go back to doing my pathetic job and living my pathetic life.

Considering the day you had you were remarkably self controlled and should be really proud of yourself.
I'm a bit shocked at the sprouts - eeuurggh!! You mean your eating them out of choice, not just because your mum makes you at Christmas?

Not those kind of sprouts (although I actually do like them) but bean sprouts and alfalfa sprouts etc

I know my life is good, as do people who know me. I just think we are all allowed to have vents of steam against life's minor annoyances.

I know my life is good really. I was just using the blog to vent some spleen.
