Early bird
Yesterday I got up at 6.30am to go swimming before work. I felt great afterwards, but by 10am I was ready to go back to bed. And, in fact, I was in bed by 9.30pm last night. Not sure this morning exercise is really my thing.
2 crumpets with all-fruit cherry jam
2 more crumpets with marmite (can you tell I haven't been shopping?)
Bio yoghurt with sunflower seeds
Apple
Small bar of Green and Blacks Maya Gold (cinema treat)
Noodles with vegetables
Plus swimming and walking.
