I'm back and I'm evil

Oh dear. A week of not blogging and it all went horribly wrong. All I need to tell you is that my week off included four pub meals, all involving chips and a pudding. Last night, Dave and I felt sick from so much rubbish food, and are so going for the healthy thing from today onwards. I have sent him to Tesco this morning with a big long shopping list of healthy goodies.

Anyway, aims for this week are:

Walk to the station and back daily
Do exercise at least three times
Bring lunch to work every day
No booze on school nights

Every time I want to eat lard, I will think of how I felt yesterday after eating cake for breakfast at 11am, followed by a pint of bitter and a huge lasagne and chips in the pub an hour later, plus sticky toffee pudding and custard. Bleurgh and double bleurgh!
