Getting back into it
After the minging weekend, I was craving healthy food yesterday, so found it all quite easy for a change.
Banana
Orange Juice
Green tea x 2
Nice bread roll
Spinach and Nutmeg Soup
Nectarine
Few mouthfuls of pasta salad
Tofu and Veg Thai Curry
Rice
And 30 minutes swimming, 50 minutes walking. Yay!
