I can't do this!

I don't appear to be very good at keeping the promises I made on Monday.

Porridge with blubes, pecans, sunflower seeds, yog and soya milk
Green tea x3
Hummous and olive salad withnew potatoes
Square crisps
banana
pckt count on us pretzels
piece toast with hummous
home made 'good' moussaka
2 glasses of wine (well, I was cooking with it!)

So, too much food and booze again and not enough exercise.

Am not going to shift this half a stone in 3 weeks.
