Way-to-go Wednesday
Another good day - I can't believe it! I fell much better already - less bloated and more energetic.
Porridge with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, dried apricots and honey
Salad: roasted peppers, rocket, tomatoes, falafel
Apple
Orange
Lemon and rosemary risotto with side salad
Plus 25 minutes swimming, 3 miles walking.
Now all I have to do is keep it up on the weekend, which of course is much harder than it sounds. I'm off to visit Laura and ice cream and wine have already been mentioned. By the way, she is working up in the Lakes this week, hence the lack of blog.
