Little steps
My weight is creeping up little by little, and if I'm not careful, all my good work will be undone. I find it easier to take things one week at a time, so here are my little goals for this week.
Same as last week:
*Walk to the station and back daily
Did it 10 times out of 10! A grand total of 15 miles.
*Do exercise at least three times
Yes, three lots of swimming.
*Bring lunch to work every day
Didn't happen, hence lots of jacket potatoes with beans and cheese, plus evil veggie burger and chips.
PLUS
*Stick to Weight Watchers plan for one week
Perhaps this is the only way to control the weekend lardfests and vino on school nights?
