I'm on a mission
I have to lose 6.6lb by August 7th, otherwise I can't go with Emma on our shopping trip.
So I need to be a very very good girl between now and then.
I ate and drank loads at the weekend and did no exercise.
So this week I am going to go for a run 3 times (before work! I did it this morning), do some yoga, write EVERYTHING down that I eat, no snacking in the day, limit myself to one snack before dinner and only drink alcohol on 3 days (wed, Fri and Sat). And not much of it.
