I have new feet
and they are very difficult to walk in. And my legs get very tired. How you people manage to walk normally every day, beats me!
Anyway.
Food was bad, but did do an hour in the gym and an hour of walking in my new feet.
Porridge with figs, apricots, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, pecan and brazil nuts, with yog and soya milk
Green tea x3
Pear
Nectarine
Cherries
Duck and pancetta and bean salad with 2 new potatoes
2x focaccia rolls (eek)
Count on us pretzels
Kedgeree
3 glasses wine (oops)
