Not bad

Well, apart from some evil cheese.

Breakfast: 2 crumpets and all-fruit jam
Lunch: Jacket potato with beans and cheese
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Moroccan chickpea casserole; yummy but bizarre-sounding barley and prune yoghurt

Exercise: Walking and swimming

Feeling like maintaining my weight isn't too difficult at the moment, but maybe the Monday weigh-in will reveal otherwise.

    Its one from Rachel's Organics. It's brown and looks a bit strange but it is very yummy indeed.
