Sort of back on track

Porridge with gooseberry fool, sunflower seeds and pecan nuts
Green tea x2
Chicken salad sandwich (the eveil one with 1089 calories)
Jacket potato with beans and cheese
Slice at serrano ham
Prawns with chili and garlic (v small starter)
Asparagus tian with green salad and borlotti beans
Gooseberry fool with 3 small shortbread biscuits

I know that lot wasn't great, but I've realised that I really do eat for comfort. I went to the hospital yesterday and I have 52 discs of chemicals taped to my back. It is very hot and itchy and I can't move properly. Martin had to wash my hair for me last night and I didn't sleep properly. I had to have nice food to make me feel better.

I am being brave today and am taking my own lunch into a lunch time meeting with buffet. I am hoping it will stop me eating the fattening breaded whatsits they always do here.

Just noticed I can't seem to spell or type today. And I am annoyed because I am unable to do any exercise this week because of the allergy testing. I can't even get in and out of bed by myself, let alone do yoga.

Sorry for the whinge, but I am feeling sad.

Poor you - that all sounds really horrible. Just have lots of fruit smoothies and avocados and strawberries and asparagus and nice summery foods - things that feel like a treat but make you feel good too.

Spend your evenings reading great books, looking at travel brochures, watching gardening programmes, cooking etc and try to make the most of being able to do nothing but relax.
