Back on track
After spending 36 hours either asleep or throwing up with a horrid stomach bug thing, I am back on the healthy living today.
1 toast with marmite
Orange juice
Home-made flapjack
HM pizza
Grapes
2 Satsumas
Bulgar wheat, spinach and mushroom bake
Spoonful of dahl
2 squares of dark choc
Exercise was 2 miles walking.
