New Year, Healthier Me!
Well, how many years since this blog started and I'm probably still the same weight! However, I now have the excuse of being up the duff. I don't want to pile on the pounds while I am pregnant, so I'm trying to eat healthily and sensibly. So far have gained 1lb, but expecting a big growth spurt any day now.
New Year's Resolutions are:
Monday
Orange juice
2 slices home-made seeded bread with marmite
Leek and potato soup; slice of home-made seeded bread
Slice of lemon tart
Fresh satsuma and apple juice
Bubble and Squeak
Lots of water and redbush tea
Exercise: Walking the dog for an hour
Tuesday
Orange juice
1 slice of toast, beans, bit of cheese, 1 tofu sausage
2 veg fajitas
Miso soup
Satsuma
Lots of water and redbush tea
And later, I'm going to have...
Mushroom and stilton risotto
A small treat (perhaps a mince pie)
Exercise is walking to work and back (2 miles).
