Right, I'm back on track
Yesterday's food:
Bowl of Weetabix Minis (v nice) with soy milk
Apple
Houmous, 2 mini w'meal pittas, tomato, a stuffed vine leaf, 3 falafel
Peach
Pasta with roasted veg and tomato sauce and the teeniest sprinkle of parmesan
Lots of tea, lots of water
Exercise: 45 minutes of power walking and throwing balls for the hound.
