Right, let's see if I can remember what I ate on the weekend
Friday
2 toast with marmite
Home-made veggie pizza with a bit of potato salad and a blob of houmous (carb-tastic day so far!)
Nectarine
Nachos and salsa
Glass of beer
Plate of healthy nibbles: vine leaves, olives, chargrilled mushrooms, artichokes, mini focaccia bread, butternut squash dip, potato salad
Exercise was 30 minutes swimming at the fab new gym, plus 3/4 hour walking around Roath Park with Blod.
Saturday
Can't even talk about it - too evil, although I did walk Blod for almost two hours in the Brecon Beacons, plus cleaned the house and trimmed a big hedge.
Sunday
1 toast and marmite

Sweet potato stew with cous cous
2 squares Green and Blacks
Um... SEVEN Jaffa Cakes (medicinal, for PMT)
Glass of wine
Plate of healthy nibbles: vine leaves, olives, chargrilled mushrooms, artichokes, slice of bread, houmous
Exercise was... drum roll please... 1 aerobics class, half an hour swimming, one hour walking the dog! Wowsers.
