Usual weekend problems
Here's the good news: I lost 3 lbs last week! Hurrah!
The bad news is that the weekend was not angelic, and I didn't do any exercise, apart from 2 hours cleaning on Saturday morning.
Friday
Porridge with figs, seeds and syrup
Sweet potato curry
Apple
Tuscan bean stew with brown roll
Baked apple and pear
Saturday
Porridge with figs, seeds and syrup
Tuscan bean stew with 1 slice bread
Apple crumble
Glass of beer
Tofu in black bean sauce; veg chow mein; boiled rice; crispy seaweed
Chocolate dairy-free ice cream
Sunday
Toast and jam
Sweet potato, carrot and butterbean soup
Piece of toast
Apple crumble
Teeny bit of madeira cake
Half a pizza, salad, potato salad (gah!)
This week, I'm going to keep up the healthy eating and do lots of exercise. I'd like to shift another 2-3lbs by Saturday.
