A healthy-ish day
Two major achievements yesterday. I went to the pub after work, and drank only coffee and water. Then I got home late, Dave was painting the spare room, so we got a takeaway - and I managed to avoid the spring rolls etc and order something that was actually quite healthy!
Porridge with soy milk, figs, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, honey
Apple
Smoky bean and red pepper casserole
Wholemeal roll
Tofu curry; vegetable noodles; boiled rice; lettuce wrap
3 green teas
2 coffees
Lots of water
Didn't manage any exercise at all though. Boo.

It's lovely and easy to make. I normally fry the pepper for ages, then add the tofu and fry it some more, then add the mushrooms, then follow the recipe from step 4.
