Had a sneaky mid-week hop on the scales this morning and those pounds are shifting already!
Yesterday's food was OK, but I did introduce a teeny bit of chocolate into the evening's activities.
2 wholemeal toast and fruit spread
Banana
Apple
Jacket Potato and beans
Smoky bean, red pepper and spinach casserole
Slice of bread
Baked apple with four squares melted Green and Blacks
Lots of water
Green tea x 3
And I did 30 minutes swimming and 50 minutes walking too.
